The brioche bread prepared only with milk is a good way to make it even softer and softer. In addition to the classic ingredients, 100 ml of liquid cream as well as whole milk are mixed in the yeast.
Tips for a soft brioche bread
While your sweet brioche is cooking, place an oven dish with ice cubes on the bottom of your oven, in this way the environment will be moist enough to make the crust of the bread soft. All leavened products, both sweet and savory, must be cooked in the oven in a static way. In this way, your leavened will be able to cook slowly from the center outwards and dry thoroughly.
